Programme structuré sur 6 semaines visant une progression graduelle, en force et en douceur, selon ton rythme. Attention particulière au cou, aux trapèzes et aux poignets avec un renforcement adapté. Objectif de perte de 10 à 15 lbs de façon réaliste. Séances de 45 minutes max. Sauna recommandé 3 fois par semaine. Structure : fessiers/ischios, dos/épaules/abdos, fessiers latéraux/quadriceps, haut du corps, mobilité. Disponible au besoin 💛

About the program

Chère Michèle, Ce programme est conçu pour te permettre de progresser de façon graduelle et constante, en respectant ton temps et tes besoins spécifiques. Ensemble, on va travailler la force, mais en douceur. L’objectif est de bâtir une base solide, sans brusquer le corps. Une attention particulière est portée au cou et aux trapèzes, ainsi qu’à tes poignets. Les exercices ont été choisis pour éviter toute aggravation, tout en renforçant progressivement les poignets afin de soutenir ton travail en soins esthétiques. On vise aussi une perte de poids progressive de 10 à 15 lbs, avec une approche réaliste et équilibrée, pour que tu te sentes bien et en confiance à l’approche de ton 50e anniversaire. Les séances durent un maximum de 45 minutes, du début à la fin, pour bien s’intégrer à ton quotidien. Si possible, essaie d’intégrer le sauna environ 3 fois par semaine, pour une durée de 15 à 20 minutes, afin de soutenir la récupération et le bien être général. Un plan nutrition de 6 semaines est inclus pour te guider et te donner des idées au fil du programme. Nous allons en discuter davantage.
